WHY IMPLANTS 4 LIFE

One practice.
The entire implant process.

Implants 4 Life brings 3D imaging, digital planning, implant surgery, restoration, and in-house lab manufacturing together inside one independent, doctor-led practice.

You receive the capabilities of a major implant center with the personal attention of Dr. E and the team he built.

BUILT TO GIVE YOU BOTH

You should not have to choose between major-center capability and personal care.

A national implant organization may offer scale. A smaller independent practice may offer a more personal relationship.

Implants 4 Life was built to provide both.

Dr. E and his team have invested in the doctors, technology, surgical capabilities, digital systems, and in-house lab required to manage implant treatment at a significant scale. But Implants 4 Life remains an independent practice, built around its patients rather than a national corporate system.

    See the complete picture

The process begins by gathering the information the doctors need to understand your teeth, bone, bite, and overall situation.

    02Digital planning inside the practice

    Build the treatment plan

The doctors use that information to plan the implants and the teeth they will support as parts of the same treatment.

03Surgical care from the Implants 4 Life team

    Perform the implant procedure

The doctors responsible for the treatment plan remain connected to the surgical part of the process.

  4. In-house milling of an implant restoration at Implants 4 Life

04In-house digital workflow and dental lab

    Design and manufacture the teeth

The restorations are designed and produced through Implants 4 Life’s own digital and lab operation rather than being handed to an unrelated outside laboratory.

    Carry the plan through

The doctors, restorative team, and lab remain connected as the plan progresses from imaging and surgery to the teeth created for the patient.

BUILT BY DR. E

Dr. E is not a doctor added to a national implant brand. Implants 4 Life is the practice he built.

Dr. Sean Ebrahimian has spent more than two decades working in implant dentistry. He and his team have placed thousands of implants and treated patients facing failing teeth, unstable dentures, missing teeth, and complex full-mouth decisions.

That experience shaped the way Implants 4 Life operates.

The technology, digital planning, surgical team, restorative workflow, and in-house lab were assembled around the implant work the practice performs every day. They are not marketing features added to a general dental office.

PATIENT STORIES

Hear from people who made the decision.

They did not all start in the same place. Each story offers a different view of what mattered to that patient.
